The 70/30 model

Most businesses decide what to give away afterwards.
We decided before.

Seventy per cent of project revenue goes directly to Yuva Unstoppable. The Empty Space never receives it.

70%

direct to Yuva.

Not profit. Revenue.

The client pays the charitable portion directly. It does not pass through The Empty Space.

If a project is $100,000.

$70,000paid directly to Yuva Unstoppable
$30,000paid to The Empty Space to cover delivery and operating costs

Why structure it this way?

  • There is no later decision about whether to donate.
  • The charitable portion is visible from the start.
  • We do not hold money intended for Yuva.
  • The economics force us to stay lean.
  • The commercial project has two outputs: business value and charitable impact.
The second return
One return belongs to the company we work with. The other belongs to people we may never meet.

Transparency should be boring.

As the model grows, this page should publish cumulative project value, direct charitable payments and the work those funds support. No mysterious impact multiplier. Just the numbers.
